Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Service-Based Refunds:

   • A written request for a refund is submitted within 15 bank working days of the service start date or the last design deliverable, whichever applies.

   • The refund request is valid only for services that have not yet been executed or are partially completed.

2. Product-Based Refunds:

   • The product is returned in its original condition within 15 bank working days from the date of delivery.

   • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Custom or bespoke designs where work has already been initiated or completed.

• Products or services rendered in full and approved by the client.

• Delays caused by external factors, including client approvals or third-party suppliers.

Refund Process

1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [payments@aesthetixspaces.com] with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Order/Service Number]."

2. Include details such as the reason for the refund, proof of purchase, and any supporting documentation.

3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 bank working days of receipt.

4. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 bank working days.

Additional Notes

• Refunds will be issued for the value of the service or product, excluding any transaction fees or third-party charges.

• We reserve the right to deduct charges for work already completed or for damages in returned products.
