1. No Professional Liability
AESTHETIX SPACES is not liable for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of information provided on this website or in project consultations. All design and material selections are based on client preferences and approval. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications before finalization.
2. Third-Party Products & Services
We may recommend or use third-party products, brands, or services in our designs. Any warranties, defects, or quality concerns related to these products are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers or vendors. AESTHETIX SPACES is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from third-party products.
3. Pricing & Project Timelines
All pricing and project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to material availability, supplier pricing, labor conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee fixed project completion dates unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, drawings, 3D models, and materials created by AESTHETIX SPACES remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our designs is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
AESTHETIX SPACES shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or any decisions made based on our recommendations. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local building regulations and obtaining necessary permissions.
6. Changes & Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms, policies, and project agreements without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review and stay informed about any changes.
By engaging with AESTHETIX SPACES, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you should refrain from using our services.

Quotation Terms and Conditions:

Validity of Quotation
This quotation is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability are subject to change. -
Scope of Work
The quotation is based on the scope of work outlined during the requirements phase and detailed in the proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope during the design phase may result in adjustments to the final quotation. The final pricing will reflect the confirmed design requirements. -
Payment Terms

Schedule 1: 10% on Booking (To Start the Design Phase)

Schedule 2: 50% on Design Closure (To Start Factory Works)

Schedule 3: 40% on Factory Works Completed (To Start On-site Installation).

Exclusions
This quotation does not include costs for:-
Cabinet Handles - Must paid by client at selection time on actuals

Any structural work or construction not outlined in the scope.

Permits, approvals, or inspections required by local authorities & authorised people, Example: Builders, Owners, Etc.

Unexpected site conditions or additional work arising during the project.

Material and Product Selection

All materials and products are subject to availability. Any delay or unavailability of selected materials will be communicated promptly, and alternatives will be discussed.

Price variations due to material selection changes will be adjusted accordingly.

Timelines, Delivery and Installation

Estimated timelines for delivery and installation are subject to supplier schedules and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.).

The client is responsible for providing site access during installation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation after acceptance, the client will be liable for costs incurred up to the cancellation date, including but not limited to design work, materials, and labor.

The initial deposit(Schedule-1) is non-refundable.

Zero cancellation will be applicable only under T&C:

If Your Designs or Renders should not been shared to you(WhatsApp, GoogleMeet, Email or any other way)

If we increased our quotation prices (Price for Sqft), but you have not increased your scope from initial quotation and not added extra scope.

Cancellation must be initiated within 7 days of final quotation (Post Designs)

Design closure must be done in 15 Days within 3 revisions

Warranties and Liability

The company offers a warranty on workmanship for 10 Years from the project completion date.

Warranties for materials and products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

The company is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, handling, or external factors beyond its control.

Ownership of Designs
All designs, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of AESTHETIX SPACES LLP until full payment is received. -
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance by-laws. -
Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for delays or inability to complete the project due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of government. -
Delays and Work Interruptions
At AESTHETIX SPACES LLP, we are committed to completing projects on time with high-quality standards. However, certain factors beyond our control may affect project timelines. The following terms and conditions outline how such situations are handled:-
Client-Related Delays

Delays due to late approvals, last-minute design changes, delayed payments, non-availability for site access, or delayed decisions by the client will result in a corresponding extension of the project schedule.

AESTHETIX SPACES LLP shall not be held responsible for any time loss caused by these factors.

Material Unavailability
-
Any delay in procurement or delivery of materials due to supplier constraints, production backlog, transportation delays, import/export restrictions, or stock unavailability shall be considered valid grounds for timeline extension.

AESTHETIX SPACES LLP will inform the client of such delays and make alternate arrangements wherever feasible.

Labour and Workforce Shortage

Delays caused by unavailability of skilled labor, subcontractors, or workforce due to illness, personal emergencies, regional labor shortages, or other unforeseen reasons will result in an adjusted project schedule.

Factory and Machinery Issues

Any issues related to production machinery breakdowns, maintenance delays, fabrication errors, or internal factory operational disruptions will be treated as technical delays.

Such occurrences, though rare, are beyond our control and will be addressed with urgency while keeping the client informed.

Electrical and Site-Related Issues
-
Power outages, site electrical faults, or any other infrastructural issues at the project site that hinder execution will contribute to unavoidable delays.

It is expected that the site is maintained with basic facilities (power, access, cleanliness) to ensure smooth execution.
-

Force Majeure Events
-
Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government lockdowns, pandemics, transportation strikes, or any other events considered ‘Act of God’ or beyond human control, shall not be held against AESTHETIX SPACES LLP .

In such cases, the project timeline will be suitably revised.

Timeline Revisions
-
All estimated timelines are indicative and subject to change based on real-time conditions. AESTHETIX SPACES LLP will provide timely updates to the client if and when the schedule needs to be revised.

Termination of Work
AESTHETIX SPACES LLP is committed to delivering the highest quality of service while maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both our clients and team members. As such, the following terms apply:-
Right to Terminate: AESTHETIX SPACES LLP reserves the right to terminate and cease all ongoing work at any stage of the project without any obligation for a refund, in the event of inappropriate client behavior.

Client Conduct: Respectful communication and mutual courtesy are essential throughout the course of the project. Any form of misconduct—including but not limited to rude, abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior—towards our staff, workers, or representatives will not be tolerated.

Resolution Approach: We strive to resolve concerns and meet project requirements through open, polite, and constructive communication. However, this must not come at the cost of the dignity or self-respect of our team.

Final Decision: The determination of inappropriate behavior and the decision to terminate the work shall be at the sole discretion of AESTHETIX SPACES LLP , based on the circumstances observed or reported.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all work will be halted immediately. Any previous payments made by the client shall be forfeited and will not be refundable under such circumstances.

Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this quotation, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
Standard Terms and Conditions:

This quotation is prepared as per the given floor plan & requirements discussed. The estimated project cost will vary basis on the 3D designs, material selection(brand/grade/specs) & on the actual final site measurements. Based on these revisions, the value may raise or drop.

Guaranteed Price: AESTHETIX SPACES LLP will not increase or decrease any prices after designs sign off & invoice generation. In case of change in the material or choosing different variants may increase the price, then only the extra amount must be paid by client.
-
AESTHETIX SPACES LLP guarantees the prices in this proposal for a period of 1 week. Prices may vary when booked beyond this date.
-
Quoted prices are applicable for this proposal only, any modification may result in a change of prices.
-
The prices indicated for the Hardware and Accessories are as per the current listed price. These are subject to change based on the price revisions from the manufacturers and subject to availability.
-
All the product prices, unit rates, offers & discounts agreed upon mutually at the time of sales closure (which is mentioned in the quote) would be valid for the complete project, and further negotiations or offers not be entertained.

All the products considered with standard handles unless it is specified. The wardrobe internal shelfs can be customised as per requirement without any additional cost.
-
All the products are considered with soft close hinges/channel.
-
Changes to designs or work will not be possible after design phase. If in case client wants to make any changes after designs closure, then the applicable(re-designing 3D, reworking on 2D, Cutlist changes, Material changes, Factory Order changes or entire module/work changes) cost must be paid by client.

Warranty for the material and all other accessories is provided by the manufacture as per their clause

We use only plywood as base material. The plywood is of 16mm thickness and overall thickness of plywood including laminates will be around 18mm. We use ActionTESA or Green Panel MDF & HDHMR boards for all

The edge binding would be selected by the designers with closest match, by default PVC edge binding would be provided for the all the finishes ( laminate, veneer etc) & and acrylic edge binding will be provided for acrylic doors.

Anything which is not specifically spelt in the quote is not considered in our scope of work (SOW). Any oral commitment will not be considered, please ensure all the SOW is captured in the proposal.
-
The Second party(Client) should arrange all the necessary approvals, permissions & work permits from the builder (if any). In case any security deposit needs to be paid to the builder the same shall be paid by the second party.
Penalty clause
-
AESTHETIX SPACES LLP assured 60 working days delivery timelines starts from next day from the date of First Payment & post receipt of production payment and these timelines vary based on project scope.
-
Any delays caused because of the Client’s vendors, Site readiness, Payment delays, Client Selections not completed, Delays caused by the Builder, Client delays in accepting quotations, and other delays because of Client dependencies in the design service days and/ or because of force majeure conditions will not be considered in the delayed days.
-
In case of delays due to AESTHETIX SPACES LLP errors, we will pay Rs. 60,000 per month on a pro-rata basis for all the days of delay beyond the handover date after a grace of 1 week.
-
The penalty will not be more than 5% of the project value. No other compensation will be provided for besides the delay compensation that is stated above.
-
AESTHETIX SPACES LLP will not be in default if its failure to perform any obligation is caused by supervening conditions beyond AESTHETIX SPACES LLP ’s reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, lockdown, break-down of AESTHETIX SPACES LLP ’s machinery, unexpected shortage or non-availability of raw materials, components or consumables, lockdowns, lock-outs, wars, riots, civil commotion, strikes, electrical power issues from the supplier, machinery issues at factory or other causes beyond AESTHETIX SPACES LLP ’s reasonable control.
Payment Delay Implication
-
Delay of payment at any stage of the project will add concurrent days to the project delivery timeline accordingly.
-
Delay of payment at the time of Dispatch of goods from the factory has the following implications:
-
The project handover date will be recalculated based on the next available dispatch schedule (this may be more than the actual number of days of payment delay).
-
If the delay is more than two weeks, rent will be added for storing the material at our warehouse at Rs.5000/- a week
-
If the payment is delayed beyond 1 month (one month), which has resulted in storage at the warehouse for an elongated period of time, the warranties towards the material will be reduced by 6 months and on a pro-rata basis until the next available dispatch is scheduled.

Your order will be delivered on or before the assured delivery date. AesthetiX Sapces is not responsible for any delay in project implementation due to third-party vendors, pandemic situations, force majeure, or for reasons beyond its control. Changing your order and any unforeseen circumstances may also delay delivery time.

Change in Material / Scope
-
Clients can make changes to the scope/materials selected up to the Design Sign-Off stage. Any material changes made post the first payment of 50% will incur the cost of the works undertaken and might result in an increase in timelines and generally AESTHETIX SPACES LLP will not accept any changes after the post-design sign-off meeting.

Materials can be changed with the Clients approval because of:

Material unavailability (after earlier confirmation received)

If the quality of what was selected by the client changed during procurement
-
AESTHETIX SPACES LLP is not happy with the quality provided by the vendor

Finish and material selections must be done from the AESTHETIX SPACES LLP approved catalog only.
End-to-end Services (Addons)
-
Plumbing, Counter Top, Gas Piping, Appliances, Hob, Chimney, Sink, Taps, Electrical Shifting, Tile Laying, Core Cutting and Civil Changes are quoted separately if required. If the same not mentioned in the quote then it is not in AESTHETIX SPACES LLP Scope of work.

Final Paint to be completed after furniture installation by the Client. It will be quoted separately if required.

Installation Charges for Appliances ( Fan, lights, geysers, washroom fitting, extra drillings, core cuttings, AC, Etc) are not part of the scope unless it is specified in the above quote.

If they are to be accounted for in scope, a separate line item has to be explicitly added with an appropriate estimate.
-
Floor-covering of your project will be undertaken by AESTHETIX SPACES LLP based on customer request, before the commencement of works at the site, on a chargeable basis.
Copy Rights
-
Designs shared with the client at any stage are the exclusive copyright of AESTHETIX SPACES LLP . The designs are shared with the intent that the order for the same is placed and executed by AESTHETIX SPACES LLP Any designs shared by AESTHETIX SPACES LLP cannot be used, installed, and/ or shared in any way or form without prior and written consent of AESTHETIX SPACES LLP . The shared images or designs in the drawings and presentations are representative only. The final Design – drawings provided and approved by the client will be considered final and executed at the site.
Warranty
-
The Works carries a brand warranty for its material, fittings, hardware & accessories. The company shall have the exclusive right to replace the defective product with a design same as the existing one or the design matching closest to it.

Additionally, AESTHETIX SPACES LLP will provide 1 year free service service & support to repair or replace the damaged part or an item if the damage of defect happened naturally. Any damages caused due to rough handling, intentional damages will not covered under warranty.
-
If any item is found malfunctioning due to manufacturing defects, the same will be replaced during the warranty period. If the item(s) is found to have malfunctioned due to normal wear & tear, physical damage, continuous water leakage, rusting etc., the cost of replacement will be borne by the customer.

All modular furniture does not automatically come with any fixed warranty, each part of the final product has a different warranty unique to the product & brand.
-
Product wise warranty – Woodwork / Ply: This Warranty is a structural warranty that covers de-lamination, edge-band peeling, bubbles in lamination, and borer-infection. It also covers any Bend more than 8mm, caused due to weather conditions moisture levels in the atmosphere, and termite issues.
Exceptions
-
Damage to woodwork due to continuous seepage of water/ dampness because of seepage of water from ceiling, flooring, walls, and/or other site conditions is not covered under warranty.
-
Damage due to misuse and negligence by the Client and normal wear and tear will not be covered.
-
Further, notwithstanding anything contained under the Woodwork Warranty, there shall be no warranty for surface damage and/or damage due to scratches in relation to acrylic, high-gloss laminate, duco, PU, and/or veneer.
-
Acrylic or high glass laminate finishing will be having certain expected waves in light visibility, these waves may vary based on laminate thickness (1 & 1.5mm thickness might have 15 to 20% & 2mm might have 5 to 10% waves visibility, also based on the base material (MDF/HDHMR)
-
The Woodwork warranty shall be null and void, and AESTHETIX SPACES LLP shall not be liable if the damage is due to:

Continuous seepage of water/dampness;
-
Misuse, normal wear and tear; and /or
-
c. Negligence; and or
-
The dismantling and shifting is done by any person other than AESTHETIX SPACES LLP ’s qualified and authorised representatives. The decision of AESTHETIX SPACES LLP in relation to whether the damage is due to seepage/ dampness, misuse, normal wear & tear, and/or negligence (as provided herein) shall be final and binding on the Client.

Important Notice
-
Please note that AESTHETIX SPACES LLP will first attempt to repair the defective or damaged woodwork under the Woodwork Warranty. Only in the event that the AESTHETIX SPACES LLP (at its sole discretion) decides that the repair is not feasible then it shall replace the defective or damaged woodwork under the Woodwork Warranty. The Client agrees that the decision of the AESTHETIX SPACES LLP (as provided therein) shall be final and binding

Further, please note that if the Client is required to purchase and install a more valuable material under the Woodwork Warranty, then the Client cannot claim/recover the additional value of the better material.
Product-wise warranty (Non-Woodwork)

Countertops:
-
All Countertops natural and artificial, specifically granite and engineered stone such as quartz stone, engineered marble, etc. will have 1-year warranty.

The warranty covers any cracks, staining, and leakage during and immediately after installation works by AESTHETIX SPACES LLP .
-
Exceptions/Exclusions
-
The warranty does not cover fading of color and cracks in the stone due to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover marble, other natural stones such as onyx, sandstone, limestone, slate, etc., and artificial stones such as solid surface stones (also known as Corian), etc.
Hardware: Manufacturer’s warranty on products

3D Designs Vs Reality
Design Accuracy:
-
3D designs are created with the intent to be as accurate as possible. However, variations can occur due to factors such as screen resolution, material properties, and manufacturing processes.
Material and Color Representation:
-
The materials and colors represented in 3D designs are approximations. Actual materials and colors may differ in Reality due to limitations in digital rendering and variations in production batches.
Dimensional Tolerances:
-
All 3D designs are subject to dimensional tolerances. Minor deviations in size and fit can occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
Manufacturing Limitations:
-
Certain design elements may not be feasible to produce exactly as shown in 3D designs. Adjustments may be necessary to accommodate manufacturing capabilities.
Design Timelines Vs Execution Timelines:

Project timelines are not included in the design phase (3D & 2D) and the actual execution will start after the 2D drawings.
